Our Terms of Employment

Our Terms of Employment form the basis of the agreements between employer and employee. They set out agreements on pay, working hours, holidays, pensions and other benefits. We aim to provide fair, transparent and attractive conditions that contribute to a healthy work-life balance. We also support your personal and professional development. Whether you are at the start of your career or have years of experience, we make sure that the terms of employment match your needs and our common goals.

A good salary

You can expect an attractive and competitive salary in line with your experience and commitment. We value your hard work and make sure you are fairly rewarded, with room for growth and development.

Holidays

With 40 public holidays per year, there is always time to relax and recharge.

Flexible working hours

Not an early bird or have a morning appointment? No problem, with us you can start between 7am and 10am.

The opportunity to attend (external) training or courses

We always look for the right fit between employee and employer. Personal ambitions and job satisfaction are paramount. There are many opportunities for development, both functional and professional. This translates into long service records and low absenteeism; something we are very proud of.

Fun staff outings

At Aeronamic we like to take the opportunity to celebrate. Anniversaries, retirements? We are there! Every year we have a fun company party, and we don't let the best time of the year go by unnoticed. Every year in December, we hold a Christmas party where our employees can put together their own Christmas hampers at the Aeronamic Christmas market, while enjoying a snack and a drink. How much fun is that!

Working from home

We believe that a good work-life balance is important, so if your job allows it, you are welcome to work from home one day a week.

Bonus scheme

Aeronamic believes that its employees collectively ensure the success of the organization. To reward this, you will receive a year-end bonus of 3% of your gross annual salary each November. You will also receive a mid-year bonus of 4% of your gross annual salary in July each year. In addition, you will receive a variable performance-related payment of up to 3%. So, as an employee, you are highly valued!

Health Insurance contribution

Because Aeronamic values your health, you will receive a monthly contribution of €165.83 gross towards your health insurance! In addition, Aeronamic offers a medical check-up every three to four years.

Advantageous pension plan

Aeronamic pays 77% of your pension contribution, which is more than most other employers and ensures a good gross to net ratio of your salary!

Preventive Medical Examination

Periodically, we conduct a comprehensive Preventive Medical Examination. Using the results of this examination, we respond to aspects that score less well by offering workshops, among other things. And if required, we apply individual customisation. This is how we have kept our absenteeism far below the national average for years. In 2023, our absenteeism rate was only 2.7%!

Sports allowance

Join a sports club of your choice and benefit from our attractive sports allowance every year! An extra incentive to stay active and healthy.

Stop smoking

Aeronamic offers smoking cessation courses for employees who need them.

Safety Management

We always put safety first. There are two important aspects to this concept. On the one hand, safety is about managing and reducing the risks in aviation, both directly and indirectly related to the use of aircraft. On the other, it is about protecting our people so that they can go to work safely every day and go home safely at the end of the day. Our safety management system ensures that the safety, quality and compliance of our products and services are always guaranteed. We strive for 'first-time-right quality' so that we get everything right from te start. In doing so, we adhere to the highest ethical standards, as described in our Code of Conduct, which you can easily download from this website. For us, safety also means taking responsibility for the people who use our products. Whether operating, maintaining or flying our products, we do everything we can to ensure everyone's safety.
