CNC Milling Operator (5-Axis)

PUSH LIMITS
MBO
Almelo - Netherlands

Are you a precise craftsman/woman with a passion for high-tech machining? Would you like to work on high-quality components for the aerospace industry where quality truly makes the difference? Then we are looking for you!

At Aeronamic, we are seeking a CNC Milling Operator who will produce complex aerospace components on our modern CNC milling machines.

Metaalkanjers exclusively supports Aeronamic in filling this vacancy. Your application will therefore be automatically forwarded to Junice Mauriks. The more detailed job description from Metaalkanjers can be found via this link.

ACTIVITIES

What will you be doing?

As a CNC Milling Operator, you will work in a clean environment on high-end machines from:

  • Hermle (with Siemens and Heidenhain controls)
  • Mori Seiki (with Fanuc control)

You will perform 5-axis and 5-axis simultaneous milling operations. The parts you produce are integrated into our own systems. This means you will see the final product with your own eyes — tested in-house and ultimately shipped worldwide to our customers.

In the aerospace industry, exceptionally high quality standards apply. Therefore, you will:

  • Independently perform 100% inspection of each product
  • Work with a Zeiss 3D measuring machine
  • Check and ensure dimensional accuracy and quality according to applicable standards
  • Independently read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

We strive for multi-deployability. This means that over time, you will also be trained to operate other machines and workstations within our production environment.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • An opportunity within an organization characterized by short communication lines, fast decision-making, and an informal, open culture
  • Direct employment with Aeronamic, with the prospect of a permanent contract
  • Gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €3,900 depending on education and experience
  • 40 (!) vacation days
  • Work in a 2-shift system with a 15% shift allowance
  • Travel allowance up to 50 km
  • Pension plan with 77% of the premium paid by the employer
  • Multiple bonuses per year (up to 10%)
  • Monthly health insurance contribution of €176
  • 40-hour workweek with flexible working hours
  • Opportunities for training and personal development
  • Sports allowance, preventive medical check (PMO), and focus on sustainable employability
  • Fun staff activities and team outings

YOU BRING

  • At least a completed technical education at level 3 (for example in machining technology)
  • Experience with 5-axis milling (simultaneous milling is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Siemens, Heidenhain, and/or Fanuc controls
  • Experience with measurement and quality control (3D measurement is an advantage)
  • Independence, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong focus on quality and safety
  • Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive work attitude
