What are your tasks and responsibilities?
In this versatile role, you analyze project results, identify risks and opportunities, and translate these into clear recommendations for the Management Team. In doing so, you add direct value to innovative initiatives that are critical to the future of the organization and actively contribute to decision-making and the strategic direction of Aeronamic Innovations.
In addition, you play a key role in setting up, monitoring, and continuously improving the financial administration. You ensure reliable and insightful reporting, monitor budgets and forecasts, and are responsible for preparing periodic reports and annual accounts. You make sure that financial figures are not only accurate, but also timely and understandable for the organization. Finally, you are closely involved in company-wide projects, including Business Intelligence and CSRD.
The activities include:
- You are responsible for the optimal setup, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the financial administration of Aeronamic Innovations, including related processes, procedures, and systems.
- Preparing and monitoring periodic financial reports, budgets, analyses, and the annual accounts of Aeronamic Innovations.
- Fulfilling a coordinating and advisory role in WBSO applications and a controlling role in the financial accountability of WBSO and R&D subsidy projects within Aeronamic.
- Annually preparing CSRD reports (scope 1 & 2 KPIs) and sustainability reports for financiers and other stakeholders.
- Actively contributing to group-wide Business Intelligence projects, including the development of (KPI) reports and improving the efficiency and quality of analyses and management information.
- Providing solicited and unsolicited advice to the Board and management on financial and business-economic matters.
