Will you be our new CNC Turner who delivers quality at the highest level?

Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our Machining team. You will manufacture beautiful products from materials such as aluminium, titanium and inconel.

ACTIVITIES

You will independently operate precision CNC turning machines (Hembrug, Weiler, Index, Mori Seiki with the corresponding control systems (Siemens and Fanuc). Besides aluminium and titanium, you will also work with inconel;
You will convert the machine, perform first-line maintenance and ensure that everything keeps running smoothly.
You will set tools and fixtures and measure the products;
You will work in a two-shift operation and ensure a smooth transition between shifts.

Excellent primary and secondary working conditions:
- Gross monthly salary between € 2.750,- and € 3.900,- depending on education and experience.
- You work in a two-shift system and receive a 15% shift allowance.
- Several fixed annual benefits (8% holiday allowance, 4% mid-year bonus and 3% end-of-year bonus). In addition, a result-dependent payment of up to 3%.
- Monthly financial contribution towards health insurance and pension provision.

YOU BRING

At least a completed machining education at level 3;
At least 2 years’ work experience in a metal-machining company;
You like to develop further and are willing to follow additional courses and training to this end.
You are proactive, results-oriented and set the right priorities. Your communication skills ensure a complete handover of work during shift changes.

Introduction Interview

During an initial on-site introduction interview you will speak with John van Oostende (Director Machining) and Lauren or Giulia from HRM.

Walk-in day

During a second interview, a morning or afternoon will be scheduled for you to join the team. You will meet colleagues, see the work and get a taste of the atmosphere.
